Shipping Policy


Any item with "FREE Shipping" messaging on the product detail page is eligible for free 2-3 shipping via USPS on that product. If the product listed does not have Free Shipping listed in the shipping details on the product page, this product may be subject to shipping costs

All orders placed before 2pm PST M-F will be shipped the same day. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

We cannot control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or bad weather. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your order is, please reach out to us here contact us.

Our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes in a plain brown box or a USPS priority mailbox.



Shipping Times and Shipping Speed

Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent out to you. If placed before 2 pm PST, the majority of orders are shipped the same day. However, delays may occasionally occur, and processing times can take up to two days. In rare cases of a holiday or special sales, processing times can be between 2-3 days.



Items Broken in Shipping

Packages that are broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece.. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out. Slyng must be informed of the break within two days of the customer receiving the package. Please note: For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, we will remedy this issue as soon as we possibly can.
