Cannabis comes in many strains. Some of them known for their aroma, others for their potency, but a select few are infamous for one reason. They grow to massive buds!

You could be the most caring and attentive grower; giving your plants everything they need to succeed in life. When harvest comes around and your yield is low, you may wonder,

“What did I do wrong? Is it my fault? ”

Before you blame yourself and give up growing, consider sowing a few of seeds that are known to produce massive yields. We’ve compiled a short list of the highest yielding strains. Grow these babies and lack no more!

Northern Lights

This is a classic strain. It’s super popular for being heavy in THC and predominantly Indica. Although it typically only grows to about 4ft. tall, this strain is known to give massive yields.

She can grow easily indoors and out. Give her everything she needs and you should have no problem harvesting a pound per plant.

Sour Diesel

Sour Diesel

Sour Diesel is a well-known, classic hybrid strain. It is synonymous with skunk and fuel aromas, and pretty much everyone can appreciate its uplifting and stimulating effects.

She flowers for up to 10 weeks and can grow in the range of 5.5-6ft tall. Expect massive yields indoors and out. Under the right conditions, she’ll give you one to one and a half pounds per plant.



This one is known for high THC levels and grow as tall as a weed. It’s best grown indoors, so make sure you have at least 7 to 8 ft. of vertical space for this beauty to blossom.

You’ll need a gym membership to carry this harvest. Chocolope can yield one to two pounds per plant!

Super Skunk

For all who enjoy a great stony high, munchies, and skunky ganja, this one is for you. Super Skunk is very popular and well known for stinking up the place.

It will grow up to five feet tall, indoors or out under the right conditions. If you treat her nicely, she’ll yield between one and two pounds per plant no problem.

Super Silver Haze

Famous for being super potent in THC, Super Silver Haze is a great indoor strain. Watch out though, it can grow more than 8ft. tall in the right conditions.

A Sativa dominant strain, this one is super sticky and stinky. Treat her right and expect to get over a pound of Super Silver Haze per plant.
